Salesforce CRM Developer

This role starts onsite in Henderson, NV (2–3 months) and will relocate to Colorado (hybrid schedule post-move). Relocation support provided.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Salesforce CRM Developer to start onsite in Henderson, NV for the first 2–3 months of onboarding and training. The role will then relocate to Colorado, where it will shift to a hybrid work model. We’re not just looking for a coder—we want a true business partner who enjoys turning real-world challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions. In this role, you’ll help maximize our Salesforce investment by designing, building, and maintaining streamlined tools that improve how teams work and make decisions. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Customize and configure Salesforce to align with evolving business needs
• Create and manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to empower data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into clear technical requirements
• Lead troubleshooting and issue resolution for all Salesforce-related requests
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and custom development
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Keep up with Salesforce releases and continuously identify areas for improvement
• Follow best practices around code quality, testing, and deployment

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II a plus
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Experience working with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data migrations
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and version control (Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to talk tech and business
• Self-starter attitude with a knack for delivering solutions that make an impact

Bonus Points For

• Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Architect, etc.)
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX
• Knowledge of data modeling and relational database principles
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to managed packages and AppExchange tools

Work Location

This is a full-time onsite role based in Henderson, NV for the first 2–3 months during onboarding and training.

After relocation to our new Colorado facility (Broomfield area), the role will transition to a hybrid schedule, with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Candidates must be open to relocating to Colorado and able to work onsite in Henderson, NV during the initial training period.
