About the Role
The Lead, Community Marketing will be a relationship builder and point person, coordinating and connecting multiple teams, agencies and partners. You will be the bridge between our film/TV productions, content editors, content producers, social team, influencers, multiple marketing teams, creative teams and more! It’s an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker who wants to develop a career in marketing, TV/film production and/or social media. You will coordinate and manage the flow of assets and information between productions and marketing channels and departments. As someone who is very plugged into media trends, you will also be a key source of ideas around developing social and behind-the-scenes content that will resonate with Wonder’s audience.
Day to Day
- On the film/TV production side, work closely with ongoing production, editing and content production teams to develop and deliver assets for marketing, including social media posts, short and long-form content, highlight reels, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content
- Act as a bridge between on-set productions and the wider marketing and creative teams and agencies, acting as a point person in coordinating and organizing communication, keeping track of project status, timelines and deliverables
- On the community marketing side, coordinate and manage projects and processes between partners, influencers, the wider marketing team and agencies to ensure the flow of engaging, creative content on all owned marketing channels
- Responsible for logistics including travel management, interview scheduling, talent wrangling and other ad hoc projects related to ensuring a pipeline of marketing content
- Create and maintain best practices and processes. Ensure project statuses, action items, timelines and requirements are communicated and tracked clearly and effectively across all stakeholders
- Develop campaign briefs, and work cross functionally, internally and externally, to drive their execution to completion, including tracking metrics of success
- Work with agencies and multiple stakeholders to track relevant metrics against goals and KPIs. Create reports and presentations
- Have a deep understanding of the social media and online content landscape, especially in connection with Wonder’s audience. Know the trends, newest/best social channels, and content ideas, and make creative recommendations

- Has diplomat-level communication and negotiation skills, and can smooth the way between creative talent, executives, administrative support and everyone in between
- Is a self-starter with initiative - someone who sees what needs to get done, and can figure out an efficient and effective way to achieve results
- Is highly organized, and can comfortably coordinate multiple projects with a wide range of stakeholders, deliverables and timelines across different time zones
- Can look at both the big picture and at the details, understand how they fit together, and can make a clear, logical plan to put the pieces together
- Is innovative and creative
- Is a team player and collaborative
- Is excellent at following through and following up, tracking deliverables and making sure everything gets done on time and to spec, smoothly
- Is resilient. Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where you will establish new processes, and can jump on opportunities as they develop
- Has experience as a content producer, production coordinator, social media manager or marketer in entertainment, media, gaming or content
- Has expert-level knowledge of social media platforms and content
- Has some familiarity/experience with content creation tools
- Is willing to travel, potentially for weeks at a time, to production sites
- Has 3-5 years of full-time work experience
- Is highly motivated to develop a career in marketing, TV/film production and/or social media
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $115 - 145k
