Job Description

About the Role: As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting client operations and internal processes. You’ll be the go-to person for juggling projects, managing workflows, and finding creative solutions to day-to-day challenges.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as point of contact for client requests and ensure follow-through on action items.

  • Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Streamline and improve internal processes; create and maintain clear documentation.

  • Maintain and update task lists to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.

  • Solve problems in real-time and proactively create solutions to operational challenges.

SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or an administrative role.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and managing competing deadlines.

  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with tax and/or accounting concepts is a plus.
