Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will enhance Sunol Hills’ referral pipeline by maintaining existing referral relationships and cultivating new partnerships. This role emphasizes in-person engagement, proactive communication, and event coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Routinely visit and nurture relationships with existing referral sources.
- Identify and approach new referral opportunities.
- Plan and execute monthly referral partner site visits and open houses.
- Coordinate quarterly workshops/webinars.
- Plan and host quarterly networking dinners/events for key referral influencers.
- Maintain and regularly update a referral CRM.
- Provide monthly reports to leadership detailing outreach activities and referral trends.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in ED, healthcare and/or community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, capable of independent work.
- Reliable transportation for local travel. Must be able to travel anywhere in the extended SF Bay area region.
- Must be available for 20-25hrs per week.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM tools and databases.
- Familiarity with the mental health referral landscape in California.
