Job Summary
We are hiring a Product Manager to lead key initiatives on our product roadmap, focusing on internal tools, workflow automation, and revenue cycle management. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that supports scalable operations by reducing administrative friction and unlocking better access to care. You’ll partner closely with engineering, operations, and our AI vendors to deliver intuitive and efficient systems that directly impact Local Infusion’s growth and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive core product areas, especially internal tooling, automation, and AI-supported workflows within referral intake and RCM.
Define clear product requirements and success metrics grounded in user research, operational bottlenecks, and business priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, revenue cycle, and clinical teams to scope and prioritize projects.
Lead product development cycles from discovery through launch and iteration.
Monitor usage, gather feedback, analyze performance, and continuously improve products post-launch.
Advocate for user-centered design and build with an eye for simplicity, scalability, and speed.
Qualifications and Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or enterprise SaaS.
Track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear business impact.
Familiarity with internal platforms, automation tools, or workflow optimization products.
Strong communicator—can document, present, and defend product strategy clearly to stakeholders.
Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment where autonomy is key.
Strong Preference For
Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), infusion care, or specialty pharmacy
Exposure to AI- or ML-driven products, EHR/RCM integrations, or operational automation tools
