Spectrum Industries, Inc. is looking for a new team member that would be responsible for managing data integrity, developing and maintaining reports, and enhancing data reporting capabilities across the organization. This role supports enterprise systems, collaborates with internal teams to optimize reporting, and analyzes key business activities to guide system design and improvements.
- Utilize expertise in Microsoft reporting tools
- Provide critical insights, recommend solutions, and ensure efficient data-driven decision-making
- Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and custom reports to support business operations
- Utilize subject matter expertise to plan and perform analysis of major company activities and functions, guiding the subsequent design and implementation of business data systems
- Perform non-standard procedures to analyze information, methods, systems, and processes to determine the most useful business solutions
- Analyze, interpret, and make recommendations regarding business data systems and reporting improvements
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and MRP platforms (D365)
- Work with other team members to design and optimize reporting processes
- Apply experience with artificial intelligence tools and techniques to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced decision-making across business systems
- Provide input and guidance on the integration and responsible use of AI in reporting, data management, and business analytics initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of more than three years of experience in data analysis and report development
- Experience with Microsoft reporting tools, Power BI, SQL, Visual Studio, and Microsoft D365 CRM/ ERP/ Dataverse
- Experience performing data maintenance tasks and working with end users to ensure data integrity
