The Project Manager, Go-To-Market will execute the successful launch of key pricing, promotions, and programs aimed at growing new and existing customer relationships, improving the product mix and growing revenue. This Project Manager will support the execution of end-to-end tactics to acquire new subscribers and maintain existing customers. Responsible for managing intakes, and the end-to-end execution of go-to-market activities. Ensuring flawless and timely launch of new products, offers, and initiatives across all channels. This role acts as the operational engine behind GTM efforts, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing GTM work streams, mitigating risks, and delivering detailed, tactical assets to support successful rollouts. This is a remote role requiring mostly EST hours. Qualified candidates must live in the United States and be authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.

Duties & Responsibilities

Execute GTM Activities

• Own and execute detailed GTM launch plans across marketing, creative, UX, product, sales, customer care, field operations, IT, and support channels.

• Serve as the primary project manager, maintaining project plans, RAID logs, RACIs, and tollgate tracking to ensure disciplined execution.

• Drive adherence to GTM timelines and milestones across functions.

• Manage calendars, checkpoints, and communication cadences to maintain alignment and urgency.

• Identify risks to offer readiness, channel capacity, or cross-functional alignment; develop and activate mitigation plans swiftly.

• Track and escalate issues proactively to ensure GTM momentum.

Tools & Communication Development

• Utilize GTM tools, such as Jira, to support offer readiness and marketing intake process. Learn new tools as needed. Develop instructions on how to best utilize the tool and train the GTM team accordingly.

• Build and maintain tactical GTM toolkits, including playbooks, sales enablement decks, field communications, and reporting templates.

• Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate communications to all relevant teams.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the single point of contact for GTM execution, building trusted relationships across marketing, operations, product, sales, and support teams.

• Solicit feedback and maintain engagement with functional leaders to align on priorities and execution needs.

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor key metrics post-launch to assess program performance and success.

• Lead lookbacks/retrospectives to identify lessons learned and integrate insights into future GTM cycles.

Support & Reporting

• Support the development of executive-level updates, dashboards, and performance reporting.

• Partner with business units to deliver data-driven insights tied to program KPIs.

• Document activities underway, provide links to all applicable materials, and transition work to internal team member upon completion of this role.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related degrees is necessary

·       Minimum of 3 years of go to market related activities for acquiring new customers

·       Industry experience in telecommunications industry.  Residential experience preferred.

·       Ability to work under limited supervision, in a fast-paced environment

·       Ability to produce clear, accurate, highly detailed communications quickly.

·       Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.

·       Strong group facilitation with strong problem-solving skills

·       Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.

·       Creativeness in how to tackle challenging situations and prioritize efforts

·       Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.

·       Must display a sense of urgency with strong follow-through skills.

·       Strong Project Planning and Management skills

·       Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project software such as Jira.

·       Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills

 

 

Compensation

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6-month consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $65- 75/hour. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
