Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage decision-makers across international markets (Europe, US, Canada, Singapore).
  • Build outbound sales campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn, cold emails, and strategic calls.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding their global talent needs.
  • Adapt and execute tailored outreach strategies for key accounts and sectors.
  • Work closely with delivery and sales teams to align on client requirements and handovers.
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline, with autonomy over sequencing and outreach methods.
  • Leverage existing networks to expand client base and generate new leads.
  • Participate in regular strategic meetings to align business growth with vertical expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and deal progress via CRM systems.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B business development.
  • Proven experience engaging international clients (ideally across EMEA or the US).
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fully remote, autonomous environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Confident using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation tools.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet is essential.

Monthly Salary between R30000 and R45000
