Job Description
Create dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple mediums including print, social, digital media, website, video, editorial and OOH media.
Develop digitally native and dynamic campaign solutions to help James Allen stand above the competition.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and product development departments to execute ideas, while implementing strategic tactics on time and within budget.
Initiate, develop, and implement cross channel visual identities for the brand, new product launches and any marketing activities.
Lead a team of Digital Designers and work hands-on with the team to design dynamic digital and print assets.
Serve as the key creative lead, overseeing the design team's output (emails, website banners, organic and paid social assets, etc.) and maintain a high standard of innovative creative work.
Develop compelling vision for video and photo content.
Collaborate with marketing teams to find innovative creative uses for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, Reels & TV, TikTok, etc.).
Collaborate with the brand and social media teams to create digital marketing campaigns and work in conjunction to bring campaigns to fruition.
Help develop and influence the overall brand’s look and feel.
Maintain a company brand book based on the dynamic branding needs of the marketing team and the company.
Partner with Marketing & Merchandising leads to ensure the content produced by the creative team is created efficiently and collaboratively with various stakeholders within the business.
Work to ensure consistency of the company’s design and branding guidelines across all company outputs and oversee the application thereof in an ongoing manner.
Manage the design templates and company style guide to ensure a cohesive style, tone and look for all touchpoints and outputs.
