Job Description
The Multi-Site EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized environmental, health, and safety programs across all company sites to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. This role will involve coordinating with local teams and driving consistency in EHS practices to create a cohesive and safe workplace across all locations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized EHS programs, policies, and procedures across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations at all locations, including OSHA, EPA, and other relevant agencies
• Conduct regular audits and inspections across all sites to identify and mitigate potential hazards and ensure compliance
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis at multiple sites, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Coordinate and deliver standardized EHS training programs for employees at all levels across all locations
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact at each site
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS activities, including permits, inspections, and training, across all sites
• Collaborate with site-specific EHS teams and cross-functional teams to integrate standardized EHS considerations into operational processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors for all locations
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and trends across all sites, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Develop and manage standardized emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness at each site
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging EHS technologies, and disseminate this knowledge across all locations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
