Purpose of your role 

At OFX, we're committed to investing in our people to drive our success as a leading financial automation company. We're seeking a curious and adaptable Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Culture team. 

In this role, you'll support the design and development of engaging learning content while helping maintain learning interventions that build capability across our organization. You'll work alongside experienced team members to ensure our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to support clients on our platform. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth in a dynamic, global organization where you'll gain hands-on experience across all aspects of learning and development while making a meaningful impact on our people's development. 

What you do

Learning Design & Creative 

  • Develop structured learning pathways and content. 
  • Help transform existing materials into engaging, interactive learning modules. 
  • Support the creation of digital learning content (micro-learning, e-learning, videos). 
  • Maintain learning platforms and interfaces to ensure content accessibility and useability. 

Delivery & Support 

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop relevant development support.  
  • Facilitation of sessions, workshops and other development interactions across mediums and platforms.  
  • Provide administrative support for development activities and measurement. 

Continuous Improvement 

  • Collect and organize participant feedback to inform program improvements. 
  • Assist in developing assessment tools to measure Learning & Development effectiveness. 
  • Help track program metrics and compile data for reporting. 

Project & Stakeholder Support 

  • Support project timelines and coordinate logistics for learning initiatives. 
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across departments. 
  • Assist with documentation and communication of learning programs. 
  • Partner with business leaders to develop impactful development interventions.  

Qualifications

What you bring

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Education, Training, HR or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field. 
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. 

Knowledge, skills, experience

  • Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning tools. 
  • Familiarity with digital content creation tools. 
  • Extensive organisational and administrative capabilities. 
  • Ability to translate complex information into accessible learning materials. 
  • Eagerness to learn and understand business needs. 
  • Persistence in solving problems and overcoming challenges. 
  • Focus on demonstrating the impact of learning initiatives on business performance and other organizational outcomes. 
  • Ability to pivot quickly as business priorities change.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
