***This is a remote-hybrid role with 50% of the work involving onsite client meetings within the New York Region and 50% performed from home. When not meeting with clients, the Project Manager will work remotely.

In this remote-hybrid position, you'll lead projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans
- Track and manage milestones, tasks, resources, and project budgets
- Maintain all project-related documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead internal and external project kickoff meetings
- Facilitate weekly project status meetings and provide progress reports
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, and proactive means
- Act as the escalation point for any project-related issues
- Escalate internally when necessary to ensure resolution
- Provide feedback to project teams and leadership regarding the full Order-to-Cash cycle
- Identify and recommend process improvements to close gaps and mitigate risks
- Host weekly forums to share updates, resolve issues, and manage scope or timeline changes
- Understand supply chain processes to effectively track and report project progress
- Ensure smooth flow of customer information from Sales through billing in Magna5 systems
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

- Able to ensure billing readiness for partial or full invoicing
- Skilled at tracking overall workflow timing, project updates, and identifying bottlenecks
Education and Experience Expectations:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (significant, relevant experience may substitute)
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT industry
- PMI certification (CAPM or PMP) is preferred
- Proficient with project management tools
- Nice to have: Experience using Wrike and/or ConnectWise
- Salary Range: 75,000-95,000
