About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Commercial FP&A team, with a focus on partnering with the Sales organization. This role will be the primary FP&A partner for our Data Marketplace business, which operates on a transactional, usage-based revenue model. You will support forecasting, analysis, and strategic planning for the largest variable revenue stream, working closely with business leaders and Accounting to drive growth and optimize performance in a dynamic marketplace environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary FP&A partner for the Data Marketplace business, supporting all aspects of variable, transactional revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Partner proactively with business leaders to identify growth opportunities and develop recommendations that impact product, go-to-market, and investment decisions
Build and maintain robust financial models for usage-based and transaction-driven revenue streams.
Develop and deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews focused on key performance metrics, trends, and risks/opportunities in the Data Marketplace.
Partner with Sales, Product, RevOps, and business leaders to identify growth opportunities and optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for variable revenue products.
Contribute to the annual budget setting process to help drive efficient revenue growth
Drive process improvements to streamline analytics and enable scalable reporting for high-volume transaction data
About you:
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales/Revenue Finance, or a related analytical field, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
Experience analyzing large-scale, high-frequency transactional data and developing insights for variable revenue businesses
Solid understanding of financial concepts, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Comfortable using SQL to query and analyze large datasets (advanced SQL expertise not required)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, able to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, financial modeling, and data visualization; experience with Adaptive Insights, Salesforce, Tableau, BigQuery, or similar tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, or related roles, preferably in SaaS
Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
Comfortable working with large datasets and presenting findings to a variety of audiences.
Experience partnering with commercial teams in a SaaS or technology company.
Familiarity with Anaplan, OneStream, Salesforce, Workday, and Tableau (or equivalents)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to drive accountability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in consumption-based modeling for SaaS companies
Understanding of SaaS business models and forecasting
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

The approximate annual base compensation range is $122,500 to $144,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
