About the Role
We’re seeking a Bilingual Account Executive to join our growing remote sales team and drive revenue across English- and Spanish-speaking markets. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and help expand our reach across both the U.S. and South America.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business

• Build strong relationships with clients across English- and Spanish-speaking markets

• Lead virtual sales calls and deliver customized presentations based on client needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

• Track sales activities and maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive with a proven record of closing deals

• Full fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage across cultures

• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management

• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in diverse industries

• Familiarity with business practices and cultural expectations in U.S. and Latin American markets

• Experience working on a remote, international sales team
