Job Description

Overview:
The Google Ads Manager executes digital advertising campaigns across various platforms ( although this role will primarily entail Google Ads Manager, and secondarily, Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram), ensuring optimal performance through strategic management and technical expertise. This primarily internal-facing role takes ideas from a Marketing Strategist and translates them into actionable ad campaigns designed to achieve measurable results. The Ads Specialist also plays a key role in uncovering growth opportunities and staying at the forefront of industry trends to maintain competitive advantages for clients.

Core Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Build, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Advertising; familiarity with X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn and Yelp Advertising is a plus.
  • Implement advanced strategies, including audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and creative A/B testing, to maximize performance.

Budget and Goal Management:

  • Allocate budgets and focus platforms based on client objectives.
  • Define and track campaign goals to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools to derive actionable insights.
  • Evaluate campaigns to identify optimization opportunities to improve conversion rates and other key metrics.

Collaboration:

  • Work with Client Success, SEO and Creative team members to align strategy, client communication, ad copy, visuals, and other assets with platform best practices and client goals.
  • Implement updates from strategists to ensure alignment across departments.

Strategic Development and Innovation:

  • Research and recommend new advertising opportunities for client accounts.
  • Share insights with internal teams to promote collective expertise.

Qualifications:

Education and Certifications:

  • Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Google Ads Certifications in Search, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max (PMax).

Experience:

  • 2+ years in digital advertising, including hands-on management of paid campaigns.
  • Remote or distributed team experience is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Troubleshoot tracking systems to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other platforms (e.g., SEMrush), along with a general understanding of Google Ads Dashboard and Meta Ads Manager, to effectively align goals, strategies, and results.
  • Strong email skills for clear and professional client correspondence, including the ability to explain technical issues in user-friendly language to nontechnical end users
  • Proficiency with communication tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
  • Experience with Loom or similar for client-facing video updates
  • Overall, excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing interactions.
  • Fluent in English; ability to read, write, and speak

  • Available to work primarily between 8am and 5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, during the training period with schedule flexibility thereafter.

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $1800-$2500/month
