Job Description
The Media Solutions Manager is responsible for developing data driven, vertical-appropriate, and client-focused digital solutions, articulating RRD’s value and go-to-market strategic experience through partnership with Sales and other stakeholder teams. This role is focused on creating content, promoting technically sound and product-driven solutions that will meet and exceed client expectations, and protecting and growing our business with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Proposal and Media Plan Development
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to create comprehensive Digital marketing proposals and media plans tailored to client needs.
- Serve as the pre-sales subject matter expert on RRD’s digital marketing solutions and capabilities, ensuring feasibility and availability are considered in every proposal.
- Solutions and Capabilities Proficiency
- Stay up to date on RRD capabilities and emerging industry solutions connected to client needs.
- Use available resources effectively to recommend marketing solutions that enhance client engagement and drive results, providing feedback to Product partners when expanded capabilities are needed.
- Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with Sales and internal partners.
- Ensure the delivery of meaningful client value through best-practice solutions and innovative ideas.
- Collaboration and Execution
- Partner with Sales, internal teams, and team leadership to transform client needs into actionable plans.
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure the seamless set up and execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field.
- At least 8 years of related experience required.
Skills and Certifications
- Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service.
- Experience developing solutions to support the sale of new services to clients. Ability to use data and research to guide decisions.
- Experience translating data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations and presentations – proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to engender client loyalty and confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement strategic marketing thoughts and plans.
- Ability to help solve client processes and business challenges.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills.
Additional Information
RRD's current salary range for this role is $77,900 to $124,600 / year. The salary range may be adjusted
based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
