We’re hiring a Part-Time Social Media Manager with a strong marketing mindset who can create content, think strategically, and bring energy to our brand presence across all platforms.
You'll play a key role in building our company's digital voice, capturing behind-the-scenes moments.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work alongside leadership to capture day-to-day team interactions, real-time strategy sessions, and authentic moments for content
- Build the brand: Develop and grow our brand across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage content creation: Coordinate and assist with shooting short-form videos, photos, reels, and stories (equipment provided or use your own)
- Run our socials: Schedule, post, and engage across all company and personal social platforms
- Stay current: Know what’s trending, and bring creative ideas to the table that align with brand goals
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have a strong background in social media, branding, or marketing (1–3 years preferred)
- Are creative, organized, and results-driven
- Have a vision for social media
- Understand branding and know how to grow an engaged audience
- Know your way around Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram tools
- Can write captions, plan campaigns, and think about the “why” behind every post
- Have some familiarity with video/photo editing (basic CapCut, Canva, etc.) — bonus points for more advanced skills
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
