This full-time, remote contract role focuses on ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of Salesforce Cloud Success Product Training assets. Bring your organization, attention to detail, and digital content skills to support a high-visibility team maintaining a 60+ course catalog for Salesforce professionals across the globe.

Contract and Work Details

  • Location: Remote, US-based (authorization to work in the United States required)
  • Start Date: July 1, 2025
  • Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per week (1099 contract)
  • Schedule: Flexible, with key responsibilities during three major content maintenance cycles and ad-hoc support between releases

 Responsibilities:

  • Combine and professionally format training materials from Google Docs and Google Slides into PDF eBooks using Adobe Acrobat Pro for Salesforce learning content updates.
  • Conduct in-depth quality checks on PDF deliverables to confirm consistent formatting, navigation integrity, and functionality of all embedded links (internal and external).
  • Deliver packaged, publish-ready digital content for approximately 60+ course projects during each two-week maintenance window (February, June, October).
  • Respond to off-cycle packaging and content update requests, ensuring urgent needs are met with the same attention to quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain strict version control and content consistency across all digital training collateral throughout the SOW period.
  • Collaborate with team members in the United States and globally, including content owners and project managers, to clarify requirements or verify updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience preparing, formatting, or publishing digital content in PDF format for learning or documentation projects.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Drive) and advanced Adobe Acrobat Pro skills for PDF manipulation and editing.
  • Demonstrated excellence in quality assurance, including file integrity checks, troubleshooting digital content, and validating learning asset functionality.
  • Strong project organization skills; able to independently manage timelines and deliver on multiple parallel course packaging tracks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of accuracy in every deliverable.
  • Understanding of version control practices and basic content management for digital libraries or learning systems.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote, distributed team environment, communicating clearly and reliably across time zones.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience packaging or publishing digital courses within a Salesforce or technology training environment.
  • Background in quality control, technical communication, or instructional design for digital products.
  • Experience using Salesforce platforms or proprietary digital publishing tools (training access will be provided as needed).
  • Ability to interpret versioning and editorial guidelines within large-scale educational content catalogs.

  • Provide timely, ad-hoc digital content updates and packaging upon request throughout the four-month contract duration.
  • Maintain robust version control documentation for all distributed learning materials.
