We’re seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead impactful product launches, develop compelling marketing strategies, and elevate our brand presence across the U.S. healthcare market. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in the medical device industry—especially in electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management—who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 


Location: Onsite-Sunnyvale, California or Remote


Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Lead U.S. Product Launches: Drive go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and execution for new product introductions.
  • Develop Sales Enablement Tools: Create demo kits, training materials, competitive battle cards, and other tools to support the sales team.
  • Manage Communications: Oversee digital channels including social media, website content, and email campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Write and design brochures, white papers, case studies, and digital assets tailored to healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Field, Clinical, HR, Regulatory, and Education teams to support onboarding, advisory boards, and internal initiatives.
  • Coordinate Events: Plan and execute tradeshows, webinars, internal meetings, and field team events, including logistics and promotional materials.
  • Enhance Brand Awareness: Partner with PR and customer marketing teams to grow brand visibility and market presence.
  • Execute Campaigns: Launch integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive engagement and support business goals.
  • Conduct Market Research: Support Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, competitive analysis, and persona development.
  • Engage with KOLs: Build relationships with key opinion leaders to support product adoption and advocacy.
  • Manage Budgets & Vendors: Oversee marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign ROI.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain alignment with FDA, EU MDR, and internal quality standards.

Education and Required Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry or a similar regulated healthcare environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Background in launching Class II or Class III medical devices is preferred. 
  • Understanding of electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management (CRM) is preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Outlook, and Teams. 
  • Strong understanding of electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management.
  • Experience with patient profiling, persona development, and customer segmentation.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Independent problem-solver with strong prioritization and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude, and have a passion for building great cultures and customer experiences.
  • Collaborative and thrive in a team environment. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10% including weekends and overnights. 
  • Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.

Salary Range

$117,700 - 151,300*

*Base pay is one part of your total compensation. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to your experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and market alignment. Addition compensation may include bonuses and equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
