Client Care Coordinator Job Description:
This position requires a very dependable, reliable, friendly, detail-oriented and patient person with superb verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who is driven to help others and enjoys working with people. Our office requires confidentiality and emotional awareness in handling sensitive situations. We are looking for someone to help administratively and to foster growth within the company. Prior office administration work is preferred.
Compensation & Hours:
$20-25/hr.
Full Time - Monday through Friday at our Issaquah office location.
Eligible for full benefits after 60 days.
Responsibilities:
Front Office:
- Greet and assist patients professionally.
- Maintaining supplies and basic organization of the office.
- Keeping our office common areas neat and tidy.
- Answering busy phones and monitoring the admin email account.
- Scheduling in our EHR for 40+ clinicians.
- Collecting co-pays and updated insurance information.
- Responding to facility requests/concerns from staff. Advance other facility issues to building management.
- Answering phones, routing calls, and taking messages in a timely, consistent, and proficient manner.
Requirements
Required Skills & Characteristics:
- Able to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on urgency or need.
- Proficient in all Microsoft products and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and can communicate professionally.
- High attention to detail.
- A demonstrated ability to handle confidential material professionally and discreetly.
- A strong desire to support the staff and build up the business.
- Friendly, confident, and honest.
- Quick learner and an effective problem solver, able to work independently.
