As we enter our next phase of global expansion and accelerate innovation, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (Global) to shape our financial strategy and operations across all regions. This is a critical executive opportunity for an experienced financial leader ready to partner at the highest levels to fuel sustainable growth and guide Compass’ long-term future.

About the Role

As our Chief Financial Officer (Global), you will be responsible for driving financial excellence and strategic alignment across our international operations. You will lead the development of scalable financial systems and strategies that support high-growth, SaaS-driven expansion, enabling Compass to deliver sustainable impact at scale.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, guiding the company’s fiscal direction, investment priorities, and risk posture, while promoting transparency, efficiency, and accountability throughout the organisation.

You will also:

  • Develop and execute Compass’ global financial strategy, planning and analysis to support sustainable business growth that aligns with our growth vision and international footprint.
  • Guide cross-border M&A, due diligence, and integration initiatives to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Drive organisation-wide fiscal discipline through effective budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of SaaS business models to track key metrics, surface insights, and identify scalable growth levers.
  • Oversee financial operations and compliance across our global markets, ensuring integrity in reporting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  • Optimise capital allocation, funding strategies and support investment decisions across regions.
  • Lead the Finance team in enhancing global finance systems, processes and tooling to enable automation, data accuracy, and real-time visibility as the business scales.
  • As a core member of the executive team, partner with leadership to align financial planning with long-term strategic objectives, including translating financial insights into strategic recommendations that influence major decisions and roadmap planning.
  • Champion a culture of financial clarity and accountability through internal education and stakeholder engagement.

About You

This role is ideal for a financial leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Someone who brings deep commercial acumen and a passion for scaling global operations.

We are looking for some who has:

  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, including CFO or senior finance executive roles in global SaaS or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated strong command of SaaS economics, performance metrics, and capital efficiency principles.
  • Have successfully led financial planning, international compliance, and M&A execution in a fast-growing, multi-region business.
  • Be a strategic thinker with strong analytical acumen and an ability to translate complexity into clear financial narratives.
  • Experienced with implementing and scaling ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and finance automation platforms.
  • Communicate effectively across cultures, geographies, and seniority levels, building trust through clarity and consistency.
  • Thrive in high-growth, mission-driven environments where adaptability and partnership are key.
