The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the engineering strategy and execution for all of STS’s technology products. The ideal candidate is a proven technology executive who thrives in fast-paced, multi-product environments, with a strong track record of building enterprise-grade applications for business users.

You will be responsible for overseeing multiple development teams, ensuring cross-platform alignment, and coordinating with a centralized product team to deliver high-impact solutions with precision, speed, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Product Leadership: Oversee the technical architecture and delivery of Introzy and three additional in-development software products.

• Team Management at Scale: Recruit, structure, and lead multiple high-performing engineering teams operating in parallel across distinct product lines, ideally leveraging experience in recruiting and scaling teams of off-shore resources.

• Platform Integration: Design and maintain deep integrations across platforms, ensuring data coherence, interoperability, and seamless user experiences.

• Product Partnership: Collaborate with a shared product team to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions, prioritize roadmaps, and execute with velocity.

• Innovation & AI: Lead the exploration and implementation of AI/ML technologies across products to drive automation, personalization, and differentiation.

• Security & Infrastructure: Build for scale, reliability, and enterprise-grade security standards across all applications.

• Agile Execution: Champion agile development practices that emphasize iteration, speed-to-market, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Executive Leadership: 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).

• Enterprise Software Experience: A successful track record in designing, launching, and scaling enterprise-grade B2B software products.

• Multi-Product Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and align multiple concurrent development teams under a unified technology vision.

• Offshore Team Construction Background: Experience in recruiting and scaling teams of off-shore resources.

• Integration Expertise: Deep experience with complex system integrations, APIs, and platform interoperability.

• AI-Forward Thinking: Working knowledge and/or direct experience integrating AI technologies into real-world applications.

• PRM Insight (a plus): Experience in the Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) space is highly desirable.

• Venture Success: A history of one or more startup exits > $100MM is a strong plus.
