Account Executive (Sales) 

Requirements: 3–4 years of sales/account management experience.

Account Executive Summary of Role:

The AE’s primary role will be to drive new business and relationship development for Care Partners’.  This means learning the industry and winning over potential referral partners through B2B efforts inclusive of in-person sales calls and presentations, attendance at industry networking functions and conferences and a multitude of other outbound sales activities.   You’ll have the opportunity to work with various partners within healthcare space, including major hospital systems, post-acute skilled nursing facilities, independent and assisted living communities as well as specialty medical groups and physician networks.

  • Outbound sales efforts inclusive of multiple daily visits and meetings with hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, legal/financial professionals, and home health & hospice companies. 
  • Attend networking events, conferences and industry events – these are occasionally during evenings or weekends.  
  • Attention to detail and documentation within our company CRM system
  • A positive and open-minded attitude. 
  • Coachability and commitment to problem solving

Requirements:

  • Sales/Account Management; previous sales experience. 
  • Experience in healthcare field. 
  • Professional demeanor and strong moral compass required.
  • Must pass a federal background check due to work with vulnerable populations.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance necessary for travel to appointments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and internet use; familiarity with home care software is a plus.
