The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Team is seeking an Senior Supply Chain (SC) Financial Analyst to join the team in Everett, Washington. This position will act as a technical lead in the BCA finance space with a focus on continuing to improve transformed processes, bringing clarity to Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority (RAAs) and driving ownership and accountability across functions and disciplines.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs technical analysis to ensure quality of inputs and outputs of SC Driver Based Forecast (DBF) tool
Troubleshoots and facilitates fixes real time
Supports Program Assessments based on model outputs in coordination with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Procurement Financial Analyst (PFA) and Financial Analysis (FA)
Coordinates actions across functions and Centers of Excellence (COE)
Provides detailed analysis and explanations / reconciliations to demonstrate clearly and articulately what is driving outputs, changes from the models (Focus on modeled remainder and Raw Material Premium)
Performs sanity checks on outputs to ensure quality, and rationality
Acts as lead liaison between FP&A, Supply Chain FA/PFA and Finance Systems and Analytics (FS&A)
Facilitates improvements to SC DBF Tool
Writes requirements definitions (with detailed calculations and methodology) to improve functionality and reporting of the tool
Works closely with FS&A teams to drive enhancements
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
5 years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate information in Senior Leadership briefings and be able to explain the “why”
Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Tableau
Project management skills and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with driving and leading the implementation of process
Experience working in a challenging, rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables
Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables
Experience with forecasting, resource planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC) or cost management systems
Ability to work across functions and represent finance effectively
Experience in leading either formally or informally teams and/or projects
Experience using verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

Summary pay range: $106,250 - $143,750
