A great opportunity for a HR People Operation Analyst to join an exciting, growing group of passionate Internet professionals based all around the world.

The HR People Operation Analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of HR operational processes, with a focus on payroll, time tracking, benefits and continuous support to the HRBP area. This position works cross-functionally with multiple departments and acts as a key link between People Ops, Payroll and external vendors.

You will:

  • Ensure our HR system and all employee records are up to date and correct
  • Partner with our Payroll Manager to ensure they have everything they need to run an error-free payroll
  • Control and audit time tracking systems (work hours, overtime, time banks, absences)
  • Administer employee benefits (healthcare, meal/food allowances, etc.)
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding tasks
  • Coordinate offboarding tasks
  • Partner with our HRBP to propose improvements in our process 
  • Create and maintain internal documents such as SOP’s and manuals

You are:

  • Previous experience with HR role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Finance, or related area.
  • Advanced English

Technical skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Brazilian labor law (CLT), taxes, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Familiarity with payroll, benefits and time tracking systems (e.g., ADP, Deel, Flash, etc.)
  • Ability to organize and maintain structured HR databases and documents
