Marketing Designer- Maternity Leave Replacement

At Autofleet, we support the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers in optimizing existing operations and seamlessly launching new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer to join us temporarily during maternity leave .You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life, designing all marketing materials from digital campaigns and web pages to social media posts and event materials. We’re a small, hands-on team, so your ideas won’t get lost in layers of approval — you’ll have real influence and the space to make things happen.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging marketing assets for web, social, email, and campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and high visual impact.
• Conceptualize and design landing pages, banners, ebooks, presentations, booth designs, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to transform insights into impactful design strategies that resonate with our audience.
• Take full ownership of design projects — from concept to execution — while meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Play a key role in evolving our brand’s visual identity across marketing efforts.
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas and best practices into the work.

• A marketing portfolio showcasing various digital marketing work (web, campaigns, social media, print).
• 3+ years of experience in marketing design, ideally in a fast-paced tech 
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) — essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance deadlines, and take initiative.

• Major Advantage: Experience in SaaS
• Advantage: Experience working with multinational corporations, an additional advantage for experience with automotive/ transportation/ mobility companies
• Experience with Webflow or other web development platforms.
• Video Capabilities - big advantage 
• Skills in motion design (After Effects or similar) and GIFs.
