We’re looking for a forward-thinking candidate to lead Ambia’s digital evolution. In this strategic, hands-on role, you’ll own our digital presence and performance across all platforms— including paid media, social media, website, SEO, CRM, analytics, AI-driven personalization, and UX design.
You’ll lead a high-performing team, implement cutting-edge tools, and shape the digital customer journey to drive acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with growth goals and our sustainability mission.
- Lead omnichannel campaigns across web, email, social, paid media, SEO, and mobile.
- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and performance tools to drive ROI.
AI & Data-Driven Marketing
- Leverage AI and machine learning to personalize experiences, optimize targeting, and predict behavior.
- Use CDPs, analytics platforms, and automation to drive smart, scalable decisions.
Team & Vendor Management
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Manage partnerships with agencies, tech vendors, and creative partners.
Digital Content & UX Optimization
- Oversee content strategy for brand storytelling across digital touchpoints.
- Guide website UX/UI enhancements focused on intuitive, responsive, and conversion-optimized experiences.
Analytics & KPIs
- Own and report on digital KPIs: CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, ROI, and attribution.
- Build dashboards to monitor and continuously improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- 8–12 years in digital marketing, including 3+ in senior leadership roles.
- Experience with UX/UI, product development, or rapid prototyping.
- Familiarity with edge AI, video analytics, or IoT marketing tools.
- Previous experience in solar, clean energy, or environmental tech sectors.
- Proven success in B2C or B2B2C environments (energy/solar/tech a strong plus).
- Experience applying AI/ML in marketing (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization engines, NLP tools).
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta Ads, and SEO/SEM platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and human-centered design.

Requirements
- This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
