About the Role


As a Manager of Series Marketing, you will lead and oversee execution of the marketing strategy for our upcoming original series. You will be instrumental in driving marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring strong brand positioning and audience engagement. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with series production teams, creative agencies and external partners to develop multi-channel marketing plans that amplify the reach and impact of our series. This role includes people management responsibilities, as you will help guide and grow team members while ensuring alignment across all marketing efforts.


Day to Day

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead the strategy for marketing Wonder’s series, starting from early production stages to launch and post-launch. Create compelling narratives and effective campaigns to build awareness, drive viewership, and engage targeted audiences
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, paid media, social media and PR teams to develop cohesive campaigns. Collaborate with studio partners  to ensure alignment across all touchpoints
  • Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of series assets, including trailers, key art, social media content, and paid advertising materials. Work closely with design teams and agencies to ensure the visual identity of the series is consistent with the brand
  • Audience Insights & Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and increase engagement. Report on campaign results and propose adjustments where necessary
  • Talent Relations: Coordinate with talent teams, talent publicists, and external agencies to leverage cast and creator involvement in marketing efforts (interviews, appearances, press junkets, etc.)
  • External Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners (studios, media, influencers, talent) to maximize promotional opportunities and extend reach
  • Event Marketing & Press: Lead planning and execution of series premieres, screenings, and other key events. Work with the PR team to create buzz and visibility around the series and talent
  • Budget Management: Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within the allocated spend, while also delivering maximum ROI

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the entertainment or streaming industry.
  • Experience in series or content marketing, digital and social media strategy, creative development, and cross-functional team management
  • A strong understanding of the streaming landscape, including content consumption trends and audience behaviors
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive viewership and audience engagement
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and is a highly motivated self-starter
  • A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of entertainment trends


Salary & Benefits


Salary Range: $115 - 145k
