Key Responsibilities

If you’re a customer service expert and a dynamic team player with strong administrative skills, you’ll fit right in at Webfoot. Primarily in this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—managing dozens of inbound calls per day, qualifying new leads, scheduling bid appointments, solving problems in real time, and making outbound customer calls–while ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values. You’ll also keep the front office running smoothly and handle a variety of administrative tasks for our Finance, Marketing, Operations, and HR teams, from placing office orders to supporting special projects. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create outstanding experiences for both our customers and our team.


We’re looking for an outgoing, fun and energetic professional who:

 

  • Professionally manages inbound customer calls, maintaining a friendly, professional tone that reflects Webfoot’s brand voice on every call
  • Makes smart, efficient scheduling decisions that account for geography, calendar availability, and urgency for 6 project estimators.
  • Accurately assesses the urgency of customer needs and knows when to involve other team members
  • Makes outgoing sales calls to generate new business and follow up with potential customers
  • Understands how to upsell services and identify opportunities to add value for customers
  • Provides support to the finance team with tasks related to accounts payable
  • Manages customer information in our CRM with exceptional attention to detail
  • Maintains ownership over the sales team calendar to improve overall company efficiency and success
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-heavy role—navigating systems, tools, and tasks to keep the customer journey smooth and the front office dialed.

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or office administration role
  • Ability to work in an open office environment with a moderate amount of conversation 
  • Proven ability to organize multiple projects while handling incoming priorities
  • Engaging and friendly demeanor 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform preferred.
  • Positive approach to challenges and problem-solving 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay and Benefits

When you join our team, you'll receive a starting wage of $22 per hour plus bonus opportunity. This is an onsite position scheduled for 40 hours per week.
