EE Group Global is a forward-thinking technology company specializing in e-commerce solutions, web development, and digital innovation. Under our umbrella, TraderAI leads our cutting-edge media and advertising ventures. 

Our latest initiative, AppIQ, is pushing the boundaries of mobile CTV advertising with a direct-response approach tailored for ecommerce brands. We are one of the only companies focused on unlocking the mobile in-app ad space at scale for this market. 

In just the first week, we onboarded 20 clients with a growing waitlist. The early traction is strong — now, our focus is on building robust systems and assembling a world-class team to scale effectively. 

Mission of the Role 

To ensure campaign readiness, accuracy, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external clients. As Account Manager, you’ll be the central operational link between media buyers, designers, clients, and leadership — making sure everything runs on time and nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes 

You will: 

  • Update spend and revenue data daily into our internal tracking sheets.  
  • Mirror these figures in client-facing Google Sheets to ensure transparent reporting. 
  • Coordinate initial campaign setup — including uploading offers, ad sets, and creatives into our platform.  
  • Ensure all campaigns meet compliance and creative specifications.  
  • Follow up with clients to gather missing materials or approvals before launch. 
  • Use Canva to adjust or reformat creative assets when needed.  
  • Onboard new clients by collecting all necessary setup information and updating internal documents accordingly.  
  • Work closely with multiple departments to make sure every campaign is properly set up and monitored

Required Skills & Competencies 

We’re looking for someone who is: 

  • Extremely conscientious and organized — you never let a detail slip.  
  • Quick to learn new systems and workflows.  
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).  
  • A clear and professional communicator, especially over email or Slack.  
  • Comfortable working independently and executing reliably over long stretches.  
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Canva, Trello, or any marketing platforms.

What Success Looks Like 

  • Client campaigns are launched smoothly and on time. 
  • Data is consistently accurate and up-to-date across all reporting tools. 
  • Internal teams are always aligned due to clear coordination and communication. 
  • Clients feel taken care of. 
  • Within 30–60 days, you’re independently running your accounts with confidence.
