The Compliance Assurance and Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and contractual agreements. This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on internal, vendor, and partner audits. This role will identify areas of risk, recommend corrective actions, and monitor compliance to mitigate potential issues.
This role will have required travel up to 50% of the time.
You will:
- Conduct audits of partners to assess their adherence to agreements, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with partners to address compliance or conformance issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide guidance to partners on conformance with best practices and regulatory changes.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of potential and existing vendors to ensure compliance with organizational standards, contract requirements, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and perform vendor audits to evaluate their compliance with contractual obligations.
- Review vendor documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with company requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance through ongoing assessments and reporting.
- Develop and execute internal audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance programs.
- Conduct audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes.
- Identify internal control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and areas for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance matters and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and corrective actions.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Safety, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in compliance, auditing, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
- Experience in project management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
We prefer:
- Professional certifications such as ISO Auditor or other similar certifications
- Experience in risk management and compliance program development.
- Experience conducting internal, vendor, and partner audits.

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
