About the Role:
As a Sales Representative at Unitis Contractor Supplies, you'll play a key role in our growth by engaging with warm leads, converting interest into sales, and turning first-time buyers into loyal customers. You’ll build strong relationships and help contractors discover how easy it is to work with us. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up with interested prospects 
  • Develop new customers and grow underdeveloped accounts 
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up 
  • Work closely with our team to share insights and drive company growth 

Who You Are: 

  • Motivated by sales and helping customers succeed 
  • Comfortable on the phone and confident initiating conversations 
  • Familiar with the construction supply industry (preferred but not required) 
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven 

Location & Travel:
This role may be remote or based at one of our locations, depending on your preference and location. Our headquarters is in Southern California. Occasional in-person attendance is expected for company events, such as quarterly meetings and team celebrations (a few times per year). 

Pay, Perks & Benefits 

  • Base $25-30/hour + commission

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (combined). 
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email communication.
