Job Description

We are currently seeking a Communications Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in internal and external communications, has strong writing and interpersonal skills, and can represent the company with professionalism and confidence. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, internal updates, and corporate communications

• Assist in coordinating meetings, presentations, and corporate announcements

• Ensure brand voice and consistency across all messaging

• Respond to communication inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Support the development and execution of communication strategies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all communications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
