Your mission

At UiPath, our Executive Assistants are valued partners and trusted collaborators to our leadership team. In this high-visibility role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and project support to multiple executives. You’ll work closely with a collaborative network of Executive Assistants to support not only your leaders but one another as well.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Provide proactive, thoughtful support on both day-to-day operations and broader strategic initiatives

  • Act as a central point of coordination between departments—connecting information, closing loops, and ensuring cross-functional alignment

  • Manage complex calendars across time zones for a global organization, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle logistical planning

  • Protect your leaders’ time by identifying and prioritizing high-impact meetings and commitments that support strategic goals

  • Prepare for meetings from start to finish, including scheduling, compiling materials and follow-up—ensuring all stakeholders are aligned

  • Coordinate and track multiple projects to ensure nothing falls through the cracks, including projects like onboarding, org charts, distribution lists

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, representing the team with professionalism and discretion

  • Help plan and execute team events, offsites, and onsite meetings that bring people together (25% travel as needed)

  • Work closely with a team of Executive Assistants—sharing responsibilities, providing backup, and collaborating on cross-functional projects

What you'll bring to the team

  • 3+ of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role

  • Exceptionally organized and structured, with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and quickly assess what requires urgent attention

  • Solutions-oriented mindset—you don’t just complete tasks, you anticipate needs and think two steps ahead

  • Experienced in scheduling across time zones and managing complex workflows

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint)

  • Discreet, reliable, and professional in dealing with stakeholders at all levels

  • Naturally organized and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
