We’re excited to welcome a Product Marketing Manager for Germany & Austria to our team – someone who’s ready to take ownership of regional marketing strategies and help us make a real impact in the healthcare space.

In this role, you’ll lead product launches, conduct market research, and develop tailored marketing materials that resonate with local audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support sales efforts on the ground – always with an eye on regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute impactful local marketing strategies and product launches in close alignment with EMEA teams.
  • Manage pricing strategies, value propositions, and sales forecasts to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover customer needs, assess competitive dynamics, and identify emerging trends.
  • Craft and tailor engaging marketing materials – from brochures and presentations to digital content – for the local audience.
  • Plan and execute local events, workshops, and educational initiatives to drive awareness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, and external partners.
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver effective tools, training, and resources that support successful product adoption.
  • Monitor product performance and gather market feedback to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Ensure full compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and market-specific standards.
  • Provide regular insights on launch status, competitive landscape, market dynamics, and growth opportunities


What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing within the medical device industry, ideally in interventional treatment areas – experience in neurovascular therapies is a plus, but we also welcome backgrounds in interventional vascular or coronary therapies (e.g. balloons, stents).
  • We're particularly interested in candidates with a focus on therapeutic interventions – rather than diagnostic technologies – who are passionate about making a direct impact on patient outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems, reimbursement frameworks, and market dynamics.
  • Proven success in managing product launches and executing impactful, data-informed marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Project management capabilities to lead initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
