Analytics Engineer

What you’ll do at Truemed:

• Build and manage business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Omni) for internal stakeholders

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive data informed decision making across teams

• Improve and support our existing data infrastructure, including ELT pipelines using tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake

• Develop and maintain scalable, well-documented data models to support analytics and business reporting

• Champion best practices in data governance and documentation best practices to enable a self-serve analytics culture

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an analytics focused role (analytics engineer, BI, data engineer or analyst)

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran in a production environment

• Expert in SQL and database performance best practices

• Proficient with modern BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Omni

• Strong communicator who can build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
