Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Strategic Planning Office (SPO) is looking for a highly motivated, qualified HR Communications Analyst with focus on social media and brand.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in implementing a comprehensive HR communications strategy, with focus on employer branding via social media channels, working to create and deliver communications that reinforce Toyota’s vision of creating mobility for all and drive team member experience. The HR Communications Analyst will take a tactical role in designing branded visual assets, developing graphics, writing, and delivering HR communications through digital channels, aligning with both the HR Communications strategy and the enterprise-wide strategy for internal communications.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of HR Communications, this role supports HR in delivering clear and effective communications to enhance team member experience through internal programs and initiatives.
This position is based in Plano, Texas. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.
What you’ll be doing
Design branded visual assets (social media graphics, digital ads, email headers, event materials, etc.) to support recruitment marketing campaigns and candidate communications
Create messaging/digital materials, ensuring communications are consistent and aligned with organizational messages
Deliver day-to-day communications and digital assets in support of business programs, from concept to completion, working across multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors
Working directly with key groups within HR to execute specific communication projects, including the development of key messages, establishing timelines, and identifying the best vehicles by which to deliver messages
Helping to promote a culture of excellence by ensuring partners adhere to required standards and processes, and that timeliness and accuracy are applied to all communications
What you bring
2+ years of corporate/employee communications, marketing and/or employer branding experience
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Advertising, or closely related field, or equivalent professional work experience
Graphic and social media experience, including developing and designing visual content for branding purposes
Experience in tracking metrics for audience targeting and message receipt
Demonstrated experience in maintaining composure, organization, and discipline in ambiguous, complex, fast-paced business environment while consistently meeting deadlines and achieving project goals
Proven ability to anticipate client needs, solve problems, and deliver communication assets quickly for a variety of audiences, achieving a 95% client satisfaction rate
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with sensitive or confidential matters, ensuring 100% compliance with company policies and regulations
Experience working in an agile environment, iterating on tasks, and incorporating feedback to improve outcomes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or related
Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
