Position Summary:

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to lead our apparel department, someone who has successfully run their own clothing line and understands the highs and lows of entrepreneurial life. This is not just a leadership role—it’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who knows every aspect of apparel design, production, and branding. Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record of running a successful clothing line or apparel business. Comprehensive knowledge of all roles within an apparel business (design, production, marketing, sales).Hands-on experience building and growing a brand from scratch.

Cultural Expertise:

Deep knowledge of rave culture, its history, and its current trends. Ability to authentically translate cultural elements into apparel designs.

Leadership Skills:

Strong ability to inspire and lead creative teams. Track record of developing high-performing teams in a collaborative environment.

Resilience & Innovation:

Comfort with risk-taking and learning from failure. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience scaling a business or brand to a broader audience. Familiarity with sustainable and ethical practices in fashion.
