Major/Essential Duties of Job:
Manage all stages of program implementation and delivery, participant management, documentation of progress; collaborate with the project's instructor, participating lecturers, and other members of the project team to support and implement the project objectives; and coordinate program activities.
Managing program support tasks, working with stakeholders; Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Teams/Zoom, Video editing software, among others;
Manage and coordinate all stages of instructor-led online course preparation, implementation and delivery, participant management, and documentation of progress.
Coordinate and collaborate with the project's instructor, participating guest lecturers, and other members of the program team.
Assist with fundraising and communication of program impacts as needed
Maintain program website to publicize the program, aid with participant recruitment, manage registrations, and other project details.
Post project updates to relevant websites and social media.
Manage and coordinate internal timelines and coordination with project team; Establish event of project timelines, confirm materials to be shared.
Design, plan, implement alumni group and ongoing group activities associated with engagement.
Other duties as required.
Required Education and Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Two years of related experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others; strong written and verbal communication skills.
