We've assembled a crazy-talented group of YouTube strategists who've collectively generated over 110 billion views and shaped how YouTube works today. Our founder, Ryan Hashemi, built Jubilee to 14 million subscribers, has 4 Emmy nominations, and even trained the person who now is the CEO of MrBeast's studio. He's joined by Max Hertan, who built and sold Megaphone, one of Australia’s fastest-growing agencies—and is now building Snowball, which is growing even faster.
Our team comes from iconic names like WIRED, Vogue, Mini Katana (18M+ subs), and other influential YouTube brands.
Now we're helping the world's biggest brands crack the code on YouTube and make content that people actually want to watch at scale.
Just a year in and the numbers speak for themselves. We launched a brand new YouTube channel for a global tech-security company just 7 days ago, and the first video is already nearing 150,000 views. Our fourth video for a “boring” HR SaaS company just hit 1 million views. And we’re just getting started.
Why This Is Exciting
After stepping down from Jubilee, Ryan is betting everything on Snowball. That bet is already paying off in a big way. Major brands are coming to us because they know YouTube is the next frontier–they just need the right team to help them conquer it.
In just the last month, 30+ of the world’s biggest brands have hit our inbox asking for help. The inbound demand is real, and we can’t keep up. We’re looking for our founding sales leader—someone ready to turn this wave of demand into long-term, scalable growth.
That’s where you come in.
Your Role: Director / Head of Business Strategy
We're growing fast, and we need someone who can:
- Identify and prioritize high-potential brands who would thrive on YouTube—and pitch them with confidence and clarity.
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, bringing in new business and hitting revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a BDR to support top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
- Learn and live Snowball's unique approach to YouTube, and clearly communicate that value to prospects.
- Build genuine relationships with potential clients, deeply understanding their goals and how Snowball can drive growth.
- Collaborate closely with our leadership and strategy teams to shape winning proposals and close deals.
What We're Looking For
- You have 6 - 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account executive roles, and have owned the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- You're a persuasive closer with strong outbound instincts and a proactive, hustle-driven mindset.
- You've managed or mentored junior sales talent.
- You're a strategic thinker who can see the big picture—and sell it.
- You have a deep passion for YouTube, digital content, and the future of media.
- Bonus: Skills in Figma, Photoshop, or design tools.
What We Offer
- Base + commission: $200,000 - $300,000 AUD

Note: Title and compensation will be aligned accordingly based on experience. This role is based in Australia with the opportunity to relocate to our Los Angeles HQ. We will fully sponsor the U.S. visa and provide relocation support for the right candidate.
