About the Job
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Manage projects from planning through execution.
- Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and provide regular updates to the Manager and partners.
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Operational Support
- Help implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and support store performance.
- Help ensure application of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across global clusters.
- Process-oriented and focused on elevating quality standards.
- Train and Resource:
- Support the creation and distribution of SOP's, operational guides, and training materials.
- Provide tools that empower operations teams to accomplish global programs.
- Communications:
- Deliver concise communications for store teams.
- Support communication platforms and tools to ensure streamlined and efficient information flow.
- Support change management efforts by ensuring store teams understand and adopt new processes.
- Performance Analysis:
- Partner with operations and finance teams to track important performance metrics (Goals).
- Provide insights and help develop recommendations to lead operational improvements.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations or field retail leadership.
- Experience working in global retail environments is required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with change management processes.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset.
- You will report to the Global Retail Strategy, Operations, & Communications Director.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $79,000 - $120,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
