About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Product to lead strategy and execution across Axie Infinity and Ronin—our flagship game and permissionless blockchain. This role sits at the center of everything we do: game design, platform infrastructure, user growth, and ecosystem development.

You’ll need a strong grasp of Web3 technologies and incentive systems. That means understanding how technical advancements can be leveraged to improve user experience, and how to evolve token-based engagement into long-term, sustainable user behavior.

You’ll lead a team of product managers and own the roadmap for two of the most influential products in Web3 gaming. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco.

You’ll also collaborate regularly with our teams across Vietnam, Singapore, and other APAC locations, so comfortability working across time zones is key.

What You’ll Do

• Set and drive end-to-end product strategy for Axie Infinity and Ronin.

• Build and lead a high-performing product team, spanning game features, infrastructure, and developer tools.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and growth to ship high-quality products fast.

• Integrate user, community, and on-chain data into the product development process.

• Align teams around the highest-impact bets and make tough tradeoffs with clarity.

• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and represent the product at the executive level.

What We Look For

• 10+ years of product experience, including 5+ years leading teams.

• Expertise with Web3 concepts and infrastructure, with an ability to translate complex systems into product opportunities.

• Proven success shipping both consumer-facing and infrastructure/platform products.

• Strong product sense, systems thinking, and user empathy.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Comfortable working across distributed teams and APAC time zones.

• Bias for action and hunger to build 0→1 systems with real-world impact.

Pay Transparency Notice: The US base salary range for this role is between $190,000 - $230,000/year. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus and equity package. The individual's pay is determined by role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience, and relevant education. The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
