Job Description

Technical Program Manager – Risk, Regulatory & Compliance

Our Risk, Regulatory & Compliance team partners with top-tier tech clients to drive complex program and product delivery. Following rapid growth, we're expanding our team of expert Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to continue delivering high-impact solutions.

We’re looking for experienced, client-facing TPMs (consultant level and above) with expertise in areas such as:

  • Compliance & Legal Tech
  • Data Science / AI / GenAI

  • Process Improvement & Automation

  • SQL & Reporting Tools

  • Agile/Scrum/PM

  • Fintech / Payments

  • Application Development & QA

  • A/B Testing & Prototyping

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Define product roadmaps, goals, metrics, and reporting tools

  • Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to build scalable solutions

  • Assess integration needs for new features or third-party software

  • Identify risks, manage competing priorities, and keep projects on track

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and align on objectives and timelines

  • Communicate clearly across all levels, from analysts to executives

  • Lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment with autonomy and efficiency

  • Champion automation and process improvements to enhance delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong consulting and client-facing experience

  • Ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members

  • Skilled in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and Visio

  • Business development mindset: proposal writing, opportunity spotting

  • A collaborative, proactive team player who values excellence and innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, MBA, or Master's in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of demonstrated management consulting experience - relevant to legal, risk and compliance
  • Previous experience within the TPM space 
  • SQL experience 
  • Experience with the implementation of AI/GenAI solutions
  • Managed competing priorities and simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Be skilled in project and priority triage work effectively within broad parameters, and operate with considerable autonomy
  • Conducted ongoing communication of team programs and reduce surprises by proactively managing risks
  • Sought opportunities to create efficiencies for people and processes through automation
  • Be self-motivated and perform independently and in teamwork in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing

Office Workplace Guidelines 

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
