    • Assist in managing Delinea’s podcast program, identifying topics, coordinating guest outreach, and supporting content promotion across digital channels.

    • Research industry trends and competitor communications to identify white space opportunities for Delinea’s executives to stand out.

  • Internal communications

    • Support internal messaging initiatives, including All Hands meetings, employee newsletters, and Otternet (intranet) updates to ensure alignment with company priorities and culture.

    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to create clear, engaging internal content that enhances employee engagement and awareness.

  • Content creation & management

    • Draft and edit a range of communications materials, including Q&As, FAQs, messaging frameworks, and social media posts aligned with brand voice and tone.

    • Support the development of high-impact cybersecurity thought leadership assets such as whitepapers, customer stories, and strategic reports

    • Manage content calendars and coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure timely execution.

  • Crisis communications

    • Assist the Director in preparing and executing response plans during critical situations, including developing holding statements, FAQs, and internal and external messaging.

    • Monitor industry developments, regulatory chances, and emerging risks relevant to Delinea and provide proactive recommendations
