Job Description

The Associate Marketing Manager will support the development and implementation of corporate marketing programs to ensure that communications are consistent, and the Shamrock Corporate Brand identity is elevated in the markets we serve. Responsibilities include enterprise program branding and marketing, internal and external stakeholder communications, and an emphasis on digital advertising. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong brand and project management skills to help support company growth.

Essential Duties 

  • Work with the Director of Marketing to support brand initiatives for Shamrock Foods Company and its family of brands, maintaining consistency across all channels.
  • Help create compelling content and creative assets including digital media, videos, printed materials, presentations, publications, and internal platforms to support organizational objectives.
  • Support marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. 
  • Serve as marketing support for the company’s intranet platform with the goal of promoting enterprise initiatives and driving associate engagement
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to support promotion of Shamrock’s associate benefits and professional development programs
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to develop and execute recruitment efforts for the organization to attract top talent.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful experiences.
  • Support corporate social and digital media channels via content, calendaring and community management to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder involvement to maximize brand impact and ensure smooth execution across teams.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and standard adherence across all touchpoints within the organization.
  • Coordinate community giving programs to maximize value and reinforce corporate impact efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, focusing on key metrics to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Support additional corporate marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience preferably in the foods industry or Corporate Marketing 
  • Experience executing brand programs including social media, marketing materials and events
  • Team player with track record of cross-functional project management and ability to prioritize workflow
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, project management skills 
  • Flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and GA4 preferred
