Your Responsibilities
AI & Automation Enablement
Identify and deploy high-impact AI and automation initiatives using tools like AI chatbot, n8n, Gemini AI Studio, or custom LLM agents.
Collaborate with product, CS, and engineering teams to embed AI into key workflows (e.g., onboarding, support, analytics).
Build and manage intelligent automation to reduce manual work and increase operational speed.
System Ownership & Optimisation
Administer and optimize critical business tools such as Pendo (product usage insights), Guru (knowledge sharing), and internal CS systems.
Ensure tool configurations align with team workflows and business objectives; manage updates, permissions, and integrations.
Own documentation of platform processes, best practices, and user enablement strategies.
Enablement & Adoption
Drive internal training and onboarding for tools and systems to ensure high adoption and effectiveness.
Create knowledge-sharing strategies (via Guru or similar) that scale learning across the business.
Process Improvement & Insights
Audit and map business workflows to identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track tool usage, workflow efficiency, and AI ROI.
Continuously evaluate and test new tools to future-proof operational infrastructure.
Project Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead cross-functional initiatives that span CS, GTM and Product teams—translating business needs into scalable system and AI solutions.
Coordinate rollout of new tools, features, or integrations with stakeholders across departments.
Drive UAT, feedback cycles, and post-implementation improvements.
Your Profile
C2-level English proficiency: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with partners and internal teams.
Currently based in CET or similar timezone.
5+ years in Operations, Business Systems, Customer Success, or Enablement roles at a SaaS company.
Proven track record owning and managing tools like Pendo, Guru, Zapier, or similar operational platforms.
Experience delivering high-impact AI and automation projects (bonus: chatbot or LLM agent deployment).
Familiarity with SaaS environments and tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot or BI dashboards.
Systems thinker with strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
Deep understanding of process design, change management, and internal tooling.
Confident communicator with experience training cross-functional teams and explaining technical tools to non-technical users.
Strong project management and prioritisation skills.
Nice to have
Experience in hospitality tech or B2B SaaS.
Platform certifications (e.g., Pendo Admin, Salesforce Admin, Guru Champion).
Background in user behaviour analytics or customer journey mapping.
Additional languages are a big plus—we're a multilingual team with over 10 languages spoken!
