Company Description
The Merchandising Reset Supervisor’s main priorities are leading a team of Seasonal Reset Merchandisers, along with the planning and execution of VIP/Chain resets and cooler deliveries. The Merchandising Reset Supervisor will also be responsible for the hiring of a Seasonal workforce along with the coaching and development of their respective teams. The Merchandising Reset Supervisor will be accountable for managing labor hours within a set budget.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
MANAGING EXPECTATIONS
- Establish and maintain regular on-going communications with retail partners/local vendor reset leads to successfully execute reset expectations
- Plan and/or physically execute fixed/chain reset & cooler placements
- Maintain Red Bull’s premium standards & fight for earned space
- Manage labor hours within the specified budget
LEADING EXCELLENCE
- Responsible for the hiring of the Seasonal Reset Merchandiser
- Drive the training & development of the Seasonal Reset Merchandisers
- Ensure the Seasonal Reset Merchandiser understands and adheres to Company standards and operating procedures
- Evaluate the performance of the Seasonal Reset Merchandiser and the executional conditions of their market
- Conduct weekly huddles/workshops in groups and one-on-one to improve executional expertise and recognize/reward results.
ORGANIZATIONAL LEADER
- Work collaboratively to coordinate reset schedule with RBNA, local reset vendors and retail partners.
- Effectively problem solve scheduling conflicts and develop contingency plans to adapt quickly
- Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group, become the reset subject matter expert
- Build a diverse organization that reflects the marketplace; lives to Red Bull’s values and inspires team through effective leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum experience and qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of experience in merchandising, planogram and/or DSD experience including proven track record of a clear accountability for sales, merchandising, and store execution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
- Preferred understanding of Spring data system and other IT systems
- Must be at least 21 years old
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- DOT medical card
