Job Summary: At Burger King, we are fiercely committed to protecting our brand and delivering a consistent, high-quality Guest experience. The Sr. Analyst, Restaurant Quality Operations plays a vital role in bringing this vision to life by conducting in-person audits focused on food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards across a defined group of restaurants.
Reporting into the Brand Standards team, this position requires someone who not only audits but also understands restaurant operations inside and out—someone who becomes an expert within the four walls of the restaurant. You’ll be empowered to take hands-on action when needed and serve as a resource connector, guiding teams to the appropriate tools, support, or vendors to correct issues in real-time.
This is a field-based role with 90%+ travel and is supported with a company car and cell phone reimbursement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Calendar & Territory Ownership: Independently manage your schedule to ensure all assigned restaurants are audited within set timelines. This may include working on weekends and holidays.
Comprehensive Audits: Conduct thorough evaluations of food safety, and brand standards.
Operational Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert within the four walls—able to identify root causes, suggest real-time adjustments, and troubleshoot alongside restaurant teams.
Coaching: Help coach restaurant leaders to understand the operations systems with the right tools, vendors, and support systems to ensure long-term fixes and compliance.
Objective Reporting: Deliver timely, detailed, and actionable audit reports to help restaurant teams elevate performance.
Brand Stewardship: Uphold and reinforce Burger King’s commitment to operational excellence and Guest satisfaction at every location.
Collaborative Field Work: Partner with operations, training, and vendor teams to support consistent execution and improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in restaurant operations
Strong calendar management and planning skills; self-starter mentality.
Expertise in food safety procedures (e.g., ServSafe).
Shoulder to shoulder mentality—comfortable jumping in to solve problems or coach teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the field with minimal oversight.
Valid REAL ID license and willingness to travel 90%+ of the time.
