About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed treasury professional to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage day-to-day cash operations, optimize global liquidity, and ensure tight control over our financial infrastructure. You’ll help shape scalable processes, strengthen compliance, and play a key role in building a world-class treasury function. What You’ll Do
Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions, ensuring accurate liquidity levels, and forecast cash flows to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
Financial Operations: Oversee management of daily financial operations, including funding card operations, paying down debt, and ensuring business continuity.
Banking Operations: Manage Ramp’s global bank account infrastructure, including working with Partnerships, Legal, and Accounting to open new bank accounts around the world.
Governance & Compliance: Perform key controls and build strong compliance muscle for Treasury.
Process Optimization: Participate in technology projects aimed at enhancing treasury systems and workflows, driving efficiency and accuracy.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, supporting negotiations and optimizing service terms.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on Treasury/payments/market trends to inform strategic decisions and treasury practices.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or a related financial role. Direct treasury experience is a plus, but candidates with strong banking backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience opening and managing global bank accounts, with a solid understanding of complex corporate treasury operations.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and with external partners.
Self-starter mentality with a high degree of ownership; comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving work forward.
Genuine enthusiasm for growing your career in fintech and contributing to a rapidly scaling company.
