Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure service quality and satisfaction
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs and deliver solutions
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records
Collect feedback to improve processes and services
Prepare regular reports on client activity and satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience in client services, account management, or related roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
